Ingredients
Makes 3-4 six inch PoBoy’s
1 lb. 40-50 count shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp Crystal Hot Sauce *
2 Tbsp Crystal Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
Sauce for spreading on bread:
1 tsp Crystal Hot sauce *
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Creole Mustard
Directions
In a medium size skillet, on medium heat, melt butter in olive oil and add garlic, onion, chili powder and paprika and heat for 3 minutes. Add shrimp, Crystal Hot Sauce and Crystal Worcestershire Sauce and stir. Cook until shrimp are cooked, stirring occasionally. Spread sauce on favourite po-boy bread, add shrimp and eat.
- Substitute Crystal Extra Hot Sauce depending on your flame for flavour.
